Integration with Dscopify
Dscopify integrates your Shopify store with CommerceHub's OrderStream platform. It is installed as a Shopify app and takes care of all integration flows to achieve automatic exchange of catalog, inventory, orders, shipments and invoices information.
With Dscopify, you can integrate one or more OrderStream accounts that are within the CommerceHub's network (e.g. Macy's, Costco, QVC, SHopHQ, Lowe's, Home Depot and many more) in seamless way.
CommerceHub supports 3 types of formats - CSV, XML and EDI. We favor EDI and uses SFTP for documents transmission. The EDI implementation is also compliant with the retailer's and partner's specifications.

Dscopify can use the aggregated quantity from all your Shopify locations, or, it can be configured to use quantity from specific location only.

For the Shopify integration with Dscopify, you will need the "integrated" account. If it's not already the case, you can reach out to CommerceHub team to request an account upgrade.

- the EDI requirements and the different EDI documents that are to be processed for the retailer(s);
- the number of SKUs that are in scope as the integrate caters for both entry-level brands with few SKUs as well as established brands with thousands of SKUs;
- the processes that will be activated as some brands require full automation with all processes activated (e.g. inventory, orders, shipments, invoicing) while others doesn't need all;
- the number of accounts/retailers to be integrated;

Some retailers already provide you with the shipping labels and GS1 labels as part of the packaging slip document; while others request you to provide your own.
You may need to download the packaging slip directly from OrderStream or we can provide equivalents as part of Dscopify packaging slip generation capability.
