About Dscopify Dropship

Dscopify Dropship is a public Shopify App aimed at providing a diverse set of solutions, integrations and automation possibilities to the varying needs of Shopify owners. 

The capabilities includes, but not limited to, content management, inventory and price list management, data import and exports, and end-to-end API and EDI integrations.

The Shopify App is powered by enterprise-grade technology and designed so that it can be easily extended to accommodate specific needs of your clients.

How It Works

Step 1

Engage
Due to the diverse features and capabilities of Dscopify, the first step is to get in touch with us and provide details about your needs and what you are interested in. This allow us to better understand the scope, the right setup and configuration, and the best pricing.

So, tell us more about:

  • your requirements and needs (e.g. automation, integration, process optimization, etc.)
  • for integration - which platforms do you need to integrate (e.g. CommerceHub DSCO, OrderStream, NuORDER etc. or your own systems)
  • any tools and systems you are currently using that might be useful to consider (e.g. OMS, ERP, etc.)
  • the catalog size (e.g. number of styles, number of variants)
  • the expected volume of data exchange (e.g. orders, daily feeds, etc.)

Step 2

Onboard
Once agreed on scope and engagement, we progress with the onboarding to get the solution up and running. The typical tasks are mainly:

  • Access to the systems if necessary (e.g. Shopify, CommerceHub, NuORDER, etc.)
  • Installation and configuration of the Shopify App in your store
  • Custom development, extensions or customizations
  • Catalog review and alignment
  • Data preparation, Excel generation or other data setup activities
  • Migration-related activities (if it's a switch from other third-party system or processes to Dscopify)
  • Testing phase prior to Go-Live (e.g. Gandalf testing, EDI tests, live tests)
  • End-to-end process review (e.g. packaging slip, label printing, etc.)

Step 3

Activate
The final step is to Go Live.

As example, if it an integration, your connection will be switched to "live" mode and from this point, your Shopify store is fully connected with the configured platform.

As part of the engagement, we continuously monitor the integration flows and provide you with full support as and when necessary.

COMPLEMENTARY - This is FREE plan for Dscopify clients who are already using other apps or services provided by Dscopify.

STANDARD - This is PAID plan, including a FREE trial of two (2) weeks, for clients who need the packaging solution for their drop-shipping orders.
If you are using the solution for Shopify, you can install the DSCOPIFY PACKSLIP app from Shopify App Store.

If you are using the solution for ShipStation, you can reach out to us and we will share instructions accordingly.
