 Dscopify integrates your Shopify store with Fenwick (fenwick.co.uk) in a fully automated and seamless manner.

Dscopify is installed as a custom app and takes care of all integration flows to achieve automatic data transfer - for inventory, orders, shipments and cancellations.

Integration with Fenwick can be via API through Anypoint Mulesoft or via flat files (CSV over SFTP) through Quatrix. While Dscopify favors flat file exchanges, both integration approaches are supported.

Dscopify also generates the Fenwick despatch note (packing slip) in PDF or HTML format as per their specifications.

Assuming the pre-requisites (i.e. contract with Fenwick, access to Mulesoft or Quatrix, etc) are in place, it takes 1-2 hours to setup and configure Dscopify app for fully functional flows.

Note: For first-time setup, Fenwick team may request for test phase to ensure integration works. This will also be covered as part of the setup.
Dscopify is a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS-based) integration solution and it is offered at a monthly fee, similar to other apps in Shopify App Store. The fee is kept flexible taking into consideration the size of your catalog (i.e. number of SKUs) in scope for the integration. Contact us and we'll provide you the best offer!

We can agree on a product tag (e.g. Fenwick) to be used in Shopify. The tag is applied to all products that is part of Fenwick selection.
Dscopify app can be configured to upload inventory updates (delta) at regular intervals throughout the day and the complete inventory (full) at least once per day. This is aligned as per Fenwick inventory requirements.
Yes. Fenwick's Despatch Note is provided as PDF link to be downloaded and printed. Also, if you use app like ShipStation, the Despatch Note template is made available.
Yes. We provide you will full support throughout the onboarding process to ensure all flows are configured and tested.

The aim is to provide you with a hassle-free integration experience.
Yes. The solution assumes that your Shopify website has the master catalog details and inventory count and uses it as basis for integration.

Any other process that you have is not impacted as long as it is correctly updating Shopify inventory data. For e.g. if you using apps like ShopStation, OrderHive, etc - they aren't impacted.
