Dscopify is a Shopify App to integrate your store with DSCO.

The solution is installed in your Shopify website as an app and connects your Shopify store with DSCO to achieve real-time synchronisation of catalog, inventory, orders and shipments.

It is an alternative to DSCO's CSV-based approach. With Dscopify, no CSV file is required, no FTP transfer is required, no other Shopify apps are required and no external system login is required.

Dscopify provides seamless and hassle-free integration to Shopify brands and website owners who need to connect with DSCO platform and their trading partners for the catalog and inventory, orders and shipments.

Dscopify has been designed to make the integration path as easy as possible. You will install Dscopify in your Shopify store as any other app and everything gets connected once your DSCO connection is setup and configured.

With Dscopify, you don't need any third-party tools/apps, nor, any FTP-based file transfers. All happens within Shopify. You just manage your catalog, inventory and orders the way you would normally do, and, the app takes care everything else for you.

Dscopify provides a rich feature-set that is relevant for brands (e.g. filter catalog items before sending DSCO, create orders as specific sales channel, link to customer accounts, integration dashboard, reporting possibilities).

Dscopify has been designed to be fully flexible and adaptable to specific needs. The solution can be further forked or extended in case you need any specifics.
SAAS PRICING MODEL

With a flexible pricing structure, Dscopify is made available at nominal monthly fee.

Dscopify pricing is fully flexible based on number of SKUs, specific requests and expected volume. The monthly fee is determined during pre-onboarding discussions and review based on the integration requirements.

Additional on-demand and optional services are provided - such as support for Gandalf testing in DSCO, building and customizing of packaging slip, etc - at one-time setup fees.

GETTING STARTED

How It Works

Step 1

GET IN TOUCH
The first step is to Get In Touch with Dscopify team. We will evaluate your integration needs, taking into consideraration:

  • the platform you want to integrate (e.g. CommerceHub DSCO, NuORDER etc)
  • the specifics in your day-to-day operations and processes
  • any tools and systems you are currently using (e.g. OMS, ERP, etc.)
  • the catalog size (e.g. number of styles, number of variants)
  • the expected volume of data exchange (e.g. orders, daily feeds, etc.)
  • the retailers and partners you are connecting with (e.g. Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Saks Off 5th, etc.)

and finalize the integration scope and engagement (including charges and monthly fee).

Step 2

GET CONNECTED
The second step is to progress with the Setup and Configuration to get the integration up and running. The usual tasks are mainly:

  • Access to the systems (e.g. Shopify, CommerceHub, NuORDER, etc.)
  • Installation and configuration of the Shopify App in your store
  • Catalog review and alignment (if necessary)
  • Data preparation, Excel generation or other data setup activities
  • Migration-related activities (if it's a switch to Dscopify)
  • Testing phase prior to Go-Live (e.g. Gandalf testing, EDI tests)
  • End-to-end process review (e.g. packaging slip, label printing, etc.)

Step 3

GO-LIVE
The final step is to Go Live.

Your connection will be switched to "live" mode and from this point, your Shopify store is fully connected with the configured platform.

As part of the engagement, we continuously monitor the integration flows and provide you full support as and when necessary.
