FAQ

Dscopify is an enterprise-grade integration platform to connect your e-commerce stores with marketplaces, retailers and third-party systems.

The platform offers a number of out-of-box integrations with platforms like CommerceHub DSCO, CommerceHub OrderStream, Radial's VendorNet, NuORDER, ShipStation, Wayfair, etc.

In addition to the readily available integrations, the platform can be extended for new integrations and processes can be customized as per custom client needs.
Dscopify supports a diverse range of integrations methods, namely API-based integrations, EDI-based integrations, AS2 integrations, etc.

The integrations can be based on REST and/or GraphQL, EDI, CSV, etc.

Last but not least, Dscopify can be extended to support integrations type and formats you may need.
Due to the diverse nature of integrations that Dscopify supports and the factors that needs to be considered for each particular integration, the pricing is flexible and tailored to your needs.

The flexibility ensures that the solution is accessible to both entry-level brands with very small catalog sizes (e.g. 1 or 2 SKUs) as well as to established brands with high volumes of SKUs in their catalog.

As example, the pricing structure will also depend on
- the connection type (i.e. API-based connection or EDI-based connection);
- the size of catalog (i.e. small catalog sizes with few SKUs only; or; catalog with thousands of SKU);
- the retailer to connect with (i.e. some retailer have specific integration needs when it comes to integration);
- any specific needs or requirements (i.e. some brands have specific needs when it comes to integration to fit their digital ecosystem);

If you need more information about pricing for your integration, send us details and we will provide you the expected charges.
Dscopify team takes care of the setup and configuration of the integration. This is to ensure that transition from any existing process to Dscopify is done in smooth way with no disruption to your operations.

The integration also differs depending on the platform that needs to be integrated with. As example, integration with CommerceHub DSCO platform will be different from the integration with Radial's VendorNet. By taking care of all the in integration setup and configuration steps, we ensure that the client has a hassle-free integration experience.
The time it takes to setup an integration with Shopify will depend on the platform to which we have to integrate as each platform has their own pre-requisites before the integration can be made functional.

As example, to integrate with DSCO Platform, the account's bearer token is required. This bearer token is provided by DSCO Support team and can take upto 24-48 hours after the request is made.

On the other hand, to integrate with CommerceHub OrderStream, an "integrated account" is required. Hence, brands have to request CommerceHub an account upgrade from their "web-based account" to have the "integrated account".

Also, for some integrations, we may need to do some test activities - e.g. with DSCO, we have to do Gandalf Testing and Onboarding process if it's a new account, with CommerceHub, we need to do the EDI testing on OrderStream Testing platform, etc.

Assuming above pre-requisites are met, Dscopify setup and integration with Shopify can take 30 minutes to few hours to get all systems integrated.
