Integration with Dscopify
Dscopify integrates your Shopify store with CommerceHub's DSCO platform. It is installed as a custom app and takes care of all integration flows to achieve real-time synchronization and automatic exchange of catalog, inventory, orders, shipments and invoices information.
With Dscopify, you can integrate one or more DSCO accounts. Managing drop-shipping with retailers and partners within the CommerceHub network (e.g. Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Lord & Taylor, Kohl, Zappos, Saks Off 5th, Chewy and many more) is made seamless for you.
We leverage the connection using API-based integration. Hence, there is no need for DSCO's data mapping tool and automatic jobs, CSV files over FTP, import/export Shopify apps or any other third-party services. Dscopify takes care of everything!

Inventory Synchronisation
Use Shopify inventory to keep DSCO portal updated all the time in fully automatic and real time manner. Scheduled inventory feed can be optionally configured.
Catalog Synchronsation
Automatic real-time enrichment of Inventory items in DSCO with Shopify product information – product title, description, image(s), cost price, country of origin, retail price and any custom product information
Orders Acknowledgement
Automatic detection of new orders in DSCO, Synchronization with Shopify ready for fulfillment and reverse flow to acknowledge order in DSCO without any delay
Orders Processing & Fulfillment
Automatic real-time order updates, with tracking number, or cancellation codes, in DSCO when orders are processed in Shopify or other fulfilment applications (e.g. Order Desk, Ship Station, etc.)
Catalog Enrichment
Extension of Shopify catalog information to manage custom product information – common examples are custom pricing for retailers, NRF color codes and description, NRF size codes and description

This excludes any additional activities such as Gandalf Testing for first-time setup, or data alignment and migration activities in case you changing from different integration method or third-party to Dscopify.
The setup plans and related pricing has been made flexible to cater for different integration needs.
To have the proposed fee, let us know the number of accounts you have to connect with, the approximate SKU count in your Shopify, how many you offer to DSCO for your trading partners and in case you have any specific integration or requests.
We already have various clients who are multiple account holders and using Dscopify App for their connections.
The aim is to provide you with a hassle-free integration experience.
Any other process that you have is not impacted as long as it is correctly updating Shopify inventory data. For e.g. if you using apps like ShopStation, OrderHive, etc - they aren't impacted.
Approaches are:
(1) Download from DSCO Portal
(2) Use Order Printer to generate packaging slip (* will require compatible HTML template for Order Printer)
(3) Use ShipStation's customized packaging slip (*if you using ShipStation) (4) Use Dscopify's generated packaging slip built as per retailer's specs
(1) Finalize settings and configuration that will suit your needs e.g. product tagging, order tagging, Shopify inventory location
(2) Share your Shopify Admin URL so that access can be requested from our partner account
(3) Write to DSCO Support Team to request your account(s) bearer token for API access. They provide it on demand.
(4) Review your catalog in Shopify to ensure SKU are set and unique, barcodes (UPC or EAN) are set and unique, products are tagged and any additional information agreed for your integration have been setup.
