Meijei Faucet / Home Depot - OrderStream, ShipStation and GoodCang Integration

Our client, Guangdong Meijie Faucet Co., Ltd (MEIJEI), vision was to create an end-to-end drop-shipping process that required minimal manual intervention for its Home Depot orders. 

 

In essence, MEIJEI wanted:

  • products inventory to be pulled directly from GoodCang and synchronized with CommerceHub;

  • orders to be transferred automatically from CommerceHub to GoodCang (the order management system used by their operations team);

  • shipping labels can be automatically generated using ShipStation (through 3rd Party Billing account number) and uploaded directly to GoodCang;

  • invoices are raised automatically taking into consideration the terms and conditions agreed with Home Depot.

 

Dscopify rose to the challenge and designed seamless integration flows to connect all the systems – CommerceHub, GoodCang, ShipStation – and made the entire end-to-end drop-shipping processes fully automated.

 

Our solution covered the following:

✓ Integration setup & configuration: Seamlessly connecting CommerceHub with ShipStation.

✓ EDI Testing : Ensuring compliance with Home Depot EDI requirements.

✓ Inventory Synchronization: Using GoodCang’s product quantities to maintain accurate inventory,

✓ Automated Order Handling: Orders from Home Depot are swiftly transferred to to ShipStation and GoodCang for fulfillment.

✓ Label Generation: Automatic generation of shipping labels (PDF Format) and upload the m to GoodCang.

✓ Shipments Updates: Tracking details and shipments are transmitted to CommerceHub / Home Depot.

✓ Cancellations: Order cancellations are also managed by sending cancellation details to CommerceHub / Home Depot.

✓ Invoicing: Invoices are generated automatically taking into account the terms and conditions agreed with Home Depot
