Barse Jewelry Shopify / CommerceHub / Belk Integration

We continue our collaboration with Barse Jewelry as they expand into new marketplaces, and this time, it’s with Belk!

Our integration platform, Dscopify, is at the heart of this partnership, enabling seamless connectivity between their Shopify store and CommerceHub OrderStream. The result? A hassle-free, fully automated dropshipping processes with Belk.

Through this integration, we covered:

✅ Integration setup & configuration. As per Belk’s EDI specifications for drop-shipping, integration of Shopify and OrderStream.

✅ Inventory sync. No need for any manual updates in OrderStream or CSV/Excel uploads. The inventory from Shopify to OrderStream is fully automated. 

✅ New orders. Incoming orders, through EDI 850 (Purchase Orders), from Belk to OrderStream are transferred automatically to Shopify. Also, the orders are acknowledged through EDI 997 (Functional Acknowledgement). 

✅ Order shipments. Orders are fulfilled directly from Shopify. EDI 856 (Fulfillment Confirmation) are exchanged with OrderStream to ensure the order is updated with the correct carrier and tracking details.

✅ Order cancellations. When an order is cancelled in Shopify, the order is automatically updated in OrderStream through the EDI 856, along with the cancellation code.

✅ Full Support & Go-Live We provided full assistance to Barse Jewelry throughout the entire setup process to ensure a smooth go-live on Belk.
