New Feature - Shopify Return Flow
There may be times when customers reject orders or packages are unable to be delivered. In those cases, the packages may be returned to the supplier, and suppliers may need to indicate the returned status of the package.
Depending on which platform your Shopify store and which retailer or trading partner you are working with, the return process may be different. As example, each platform may be its own list of return codes to be used, or, the way you provide them the information will differ.
Dscopify has been extended and provide full support to the return process. As a supplier, you can easily create the Return in your Shopify Admin and Dscopify takes care of sending the updates to the integrated platform.
Example 1: Your Shopify store is connected with DSCO Platform
- You create and confirm the Return within the Order Details page in Shopify Admin.
- Dscopify automatically creates the Return record in DSCO platform, with the list of return items, quantity returned and reason code.
Example 2: Your Shopify store is connected with Fenwick
- You create and confirm the Return within the Order Details page in Shopify Admin.
- Dscopify automatically creates the Order Updates CSV with the list of return items, quantity returned and reason code.
