Madluvv Shopify / DSCO / Nordstrom Integration
Dscopify integrated Madluvv’s Shopify store with CommerceHub’s DSCO platform for its Nordstrom account.
With Dscopify, the Nordstrom drop-shipping processes have been made seamless and fully automated. We have provided a comprehensive integration service to Madluvv covering setup, integration, testing, packaging slip as well as the on-going support (as and when required).
All activities from setup to go-live were covered. The integration and configuration were also done as per the requirements of Madluvv.
Integration setup & configuration. As per Nordstrom drop-shipping processes, including the packaging weight and dimensions for the Rate Shopping and the Cost field setup within Shopify.
DSCO Gandalf Testing. Covered all the steps from inventory upload, orders acknowledgement, orders fulfillment and cancellations as well as invoicing.
Inventory sync. The inventory updates from Shopify to DSCO are fully automated and near-real-time. This means whenever the inventory is changed on Shopify side, the DSCO quantity is also updated.
New orders from Nordstrom. Incoming orders from Nordstrom to DSCO are transferred automatically to Shopify. Also, the orders in DSCO are marked as acknowledged. With this flow, any need for manual data entry or import/export of CSV files have been completely eliminated.
Order shipments flow. When an order is fulfilled (directly in Shopify or via the ShipStation Shopify App), the order in DSCO is automatically updated with the carrier and tracking details and the status is changed to shipped.
Order cancellations flow. When an order is cancelled in Shopify, the order in DSCO is automatically updated with the cancellation code and the status is changed to cancelled.
Automatic invoicing. The Automatic Invoicing feature is used to ensure invoices for Nordstrom are generated automatically as soon as an order is fulfilled and marked as Completed in DSCO platform.
Packaging slip template for ShipStation. We provided an in-house version of Nordstrom’s packaging slip template to be used within ShipStation. This eliminated the need to manually download the packaging slip from DSCO Portal.
End-to-end testing & Go-Live We provided full assistance to Madluvv throughout the entire onboarding process to ensure a smooth go-live with Nordstrom. We closely monitored the first days of go-live and diligently check the first orders to ensure seamless integration from DSCO to Shopify and vice-versa.
