Getting started with Dscopify
Integrating your Shopify website with DSCO via the Shopify App Dscopify makes the entire integration process hassle-free. All the flows are fully automated. Data synchronization of your catalog, inventory, orders and shipments are all in real-time.
Are you considering using Dscopify for your Shopify integration with DSCO and your retail partners such as Chewy, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus Group, Lord & Taylor, Kohl’s?
We have a 3-steps process to get started:
1. Review & Finalize
This is the most crucial step about integration.
At this stage, we review your catalog to ensure correctness and accuracy of all your information as recommended by DSCO and the retailer partners (e.g. unique SKU for all items, unique UPC or EAN, etc.)
We discuss and review your order management processes – how are you managing the orders e.g. within DSCO, within Shopify, or using other platforms like ShipStation, how you generating packaging slips, how are you printing labels and how you manage the invoicing.
We also finalize your integration as per your business needs and which of the Dscopify “optional” features you want to use – e.g. will your full catalog be integrated or only a subset of SKUs? Will you set cost information in DSCO, if yes, what will they be? Will you enrich products within DSCO (with images, descriptions, etc)?
All details are thoroughly discussed and verified – ideally through a short call or via other communication tools. At the end of this step, everything is finalized and installation can be progressed.
2. Installation & Configuration
In this step, we cover the Shopify App installation in your Shopify website (a customer app), the configuration of the application on the back-end service systems, fine-tune integration setup, and where necessary, extend the code.
At the end of this step, everything is setup and configured, and ready to go-live.
3. Go-Live
In this step, all the flows are enabled.
All flows are verified to ensure fully functional.
Application is monitored on an on-going basis until the first orders are received and processed.
Does it end here? NO! This is just the beginning. As part of the engagement, we provide full support to you and your team throughout. Your flows are regular checked and monitored through to ensure the integration service is fully functional.
