This Privacy Policy applies to the application named DSCOPIFY and its associated service components. By installing and using the application, you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to to the information described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collected
DSCOPIFY is an integration application between Shopify and CommerceHub DSCO. It’s only objective is to transfer the data from these two systems in the most effective and efficient way to achieve full automation. As such,
1. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMERS IS COLLECTED AND USED;
2. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMERS IS OBTAINED FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY;
3. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMERS IS SHARED WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY;
Cookie Usage
Dscopify does not use any cookie for its functional operations.
Mandatory Webhooks for GDPR Compliance
To comply with GDPR, Dscopify subscribes to the Shopify webhooks:
- customers/data_request
- customers/redact
- shop/redact
When Shopify issues any of the above webhook events, the following actions are taken:
- Confirmation with HTTP Status 200 is sent to Shopify to confirm request obtained;
- The event’s action is taken within 30 days.
The actions for each of the webhook are:
- customers/data_request –> Extract of all the catalog data and order references are made and provided in CSV format
- customers/redact –> Deletion of all the catalog data and order references
- shop/redact –> In addition to catalog and order references, all configuration data are deleted
