Surmen Legacy - ShipStation / DSCO / Chewy
We have successfully integrated Surmen Legacy‘s ShipStation account with Rithum DSCO using our integration platform, Dscopify. This direct integration between these two platforms covers all the dropshipping flows required by Chewy.
In essence,
(1) Full inventory is sent to DSCO automatically at least once per day to meet Chewy inventory requirements;
(2) Incoming orders from Chewy into DSCO are automatically transferred to ShipStation for fulfillment;
(3) Transferred orders are also automatically acknowedged in DSCO within the required service-level agreement (SLA);
(4) ShipStation Automation Rules have been configured to automatically assigned 3rd Party Billing Account Number to Chewy orders;
(5) Once orders are shipped in ShipStation, Dscopify updates the orders in DSCO with the required carrier and tracking information;
(6) For orders that are cancelled or partially shipped/partially cancelled, they are also updated automatically in DSCO;
(7) DSCO Automatic Invoicing feature used for Chewy invoicing.
These streamlined processes ensure smooth order management with zero manual data-entry processes for our client.
